We have immediate access to a broad range of stock, which enables us to accept an order, deliver and install an appliance within 7 days-helping your customer get on with their daily life. Our helpdesk team are available from 9:00-5:30pm every weekday to ensure the smooth running of this process and help with any and all queries and aftercare from both you and your customer.



All goods are purchased directly from the manufacturer, therefore no other parties are involved and no additional costs are incurred. We are constantly negotiating with brands to ensure that we’re offering the best price possible to our charities.

Payment Options

Whether you want to become a regular customer or order occasionally, we can find a payment option to suit you. We offer credit based accounts, with a limit set to best fit the needs of your organisation, or alternatively, goods can be purchased using a payment card.

As part of this, we will only ever supply goods that we think are reliable and suit the needs of the beneficiary.

We include the delivery price with all of our products, so there are no hidden costs. We also offer installation and recycle of all products, including gas.
